The programme is particularly recommended for officials, lobbyists, consultants, translators and other professionals with or without prior EU experience who want to become more efficient in acquiring information on the EU.

The trainer

Since 1998 Dr. Luciano Morganti has worked with the Development Office as expert for the EU Fact Finding workshops and lecturer for other training courses. In addition to his teaching activities at various universities, he is the Director of CROSSCOMMUNICATION, the Vice-President of the Europe of Cultures Forum and the Vice Chairman of the International Communication Section of ECCREA. He has a Master’s Degree in European Studies from the College of Europe, a Master’s Degree in Multimedia Interactive Project-Cybercommunication and a Doctoral Degree in Communication Studies.
